Description

This condition concept set includes CAKUT related diagnoses. This broad concept set was intended to identify all CAKUT diagnosis codes. Development began with SNOMED descendants of code 253859003 for Congenital malformation of the urinary system, and also looked at ICD9CM and ICD10/CM codes Q60-64 and 753. ICD codes are included with and without decimal points, indicated by cc_decimal_removal.
