| dc.description | References to anaphylaxis, anaphylactic reaction, and anaphylactic shock are included in this concept set. The original concept set was developed by string searching "anaphyla" in the concept_name and identifying which concept_ids were present in the condition_occurrence table used for the Y1, Q4 query (originally the dcc_covid_wk129 database). In this updated codeset, references to 'history of' and being 'at risk of' anaphylaxis were removed. ICD-10-CM and SNOMED codes were also explicitly searched (and descendants included) based on codes identified via ICD-10 code lookup and the SNOMED-CT browser, in addition to string searching the concept_name. |
