Abstract
The results of a Patient Event Sequencing check using the Multi-Site, Anomaly Detection, Cross-Sectional parameters. This check evaluates anomalous lengths of time between a patient’s cohort entry date and an antihypertensive prescription at each institution.

This data quality check was run on a database extracted from the The Preserving Kidney Function in Children With CKD (PRESERVE) Study. These results were not used for the study, but rather run on the study data after analysis was conducted as part of an SSQDA demonstration project.
Description
*- As was observed in the exploratory output, Seattle is anomalous across all categories (low anomaly in each time bucket and high anomaly where both events are not present). UMiami, the other notable site from the exploratory output, is only anomalous when both events are not present.
- Stanford is anomalous for the 1 year category and when both events are not present, indicating that a higher proportion of their patients are prescribed antihypertensives and that these exposures are typically at least a year separated from the patient’s entry into the PRESERVE cohort.
Response to Findings
Study team did not conduct further investigation or data intervention in response to these results because this was a demonstration project intended to highlight the functionality of the SQUBA tool.
