dc.description*- These events occur together quite frequently, as expected, with only 15-20% of the cohort not having one of or both of the events. There are some notable outliers, like C13AVH or C7CNH, which could indicate issues with data capture for labs, lab results, or drug prescriptions. - When these two events do occur together, they occur within a year of each other for as much as 80% of the cohort (a median of 60%). For some institutions, like C7NEMCHS, this window can be even smaller with 60% of the cohort having both within 1 month of each other.
dc.description.abstractThe results of a Patient Event Sequencing check using the Multi-Site, Exploratory, Cross-Sectional parameters. This check investigates the distribution of time between an Hba1c result > 5.8% (index event) and an antidiabetic drug prescription (outcome event).
