Amy joined PEDSnet in 2019 as a data scientist. She has contributed to a range of projects involving electronic health record data, including several studies of childhood kidney diseases and network query infrastructure enhancements. Before switching to healthcare research and informatics, she had a research role in the field of linguistics, completing her PhD at the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. In 2023, Amy obtained a Certificate in Biomedical Informatics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
