Jade Singleton, PhD

Jade obtained her PhD degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Kentucky in 2021. Her PhD dissertation was, “Identifying Opioid Use Disorder from Unstructured Electronic Healthcare Records Using Natural Language Processing (NLP).” Before coming to Seattle Children’s Hospital, Jade worked at University of Kentucky Healthcare for 5+ years as Senior Data Specialist and 5+ years of Statistician. Jade is experienced in SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau and Visual studio, and she has strong interest in Clinical Data Mining and NLP.
