Anne E. Kazak, Ph.D., ABPP

Anne E. Kazak, Ph.D., ABPP is the Enterprise Director of the Nemours Center for Healthcare Delivery Science and is based at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, DE. She also leads the Center for Pediatric Traumatic Stress, part of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. Dr. Kazak also is a multiple Principal Investigator for the REACH (Research Expanding Access to Child Health) COBRE. She is a licensed Psychologist, a Diplomat of the American Board of Professional Psychology, and Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. She is also Professor, Department of Pediatrics, University of Pennsylvania (emerita). She is also Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware in the Dept of Psychological and Brain Sciences and in the College of Health Professions. She is also the Chief Editorial Advisor at the American Psychological Association. Dr. Kazak’s research focuses on a systems-oriented competence-based understanding and intervening to support the well being of children and their family members over the course of pediatric illness and treatment. She has developed and implemented family risk oriented assessments and interventions in pediatric healthcare. She is a PI for PEDSnet at Nemours Children’s Health.
