Removed hypertension terms related to pulmonary HTN, intracranial HTN, ocular HTN, and other types of HTN. ICD codes are included with and without decimal points, indicated by cc_decimal_removal. Note: Hypertension-related diagnoses associated with pregnancy are included. |
