Description
This concept set was developed to identify the questions that make up the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) metrics for depression. These include the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) 2, 8, and 9. These elements were identified by PCORnet as part of the CDM enhancement efforts for version 7.0.
