dc.description- The anomalous longitudinal trends noted in National, Seattle, and Nationwide's data in the version of this analysis run against the previous cohort (Part II) still appear here. - Stanford, new to this version of the cohort, generally trends below the rest of the network for labs at hematology visits. This is consistent with other checks executed from this module. - Stanford also has poor data availability pre-2015, which is a known issue that is reflected in these results. - Hydroxyurea (not evaluated in prior executions of this analysis) is poorly populated at Nationwide & Lurie. National has the best population of this drug consistently across the entire time series.
The results of a Patient Facts check using the Multi-Site, Anomaly Detection, Longitudinal parameters. This check investigates longitudinal trends in key domains, with a focus on important study variables like ANC, MCV, & hemoglobin labs and hydroxyurea.
