dc.description- National, Seattle, and Nationwide have noticeable longitudinal variation compared to the rest of the network, which generally behaves relatively consistently. - For most domains & visit types, Seattle's data seems to have an inflection point around 2017/2018 where the data develops an upward trend and eventually reaches a point where it aligns with the rest of the network. A notable exception to this trend is ANC labs at ED visits, where Seattle remains at levels below network average even after the inflection point. - National has little to no procedure or prescription drug data across the entire time series for each of the visit type stratifications. - Nationwide generally trends lower than the rest of the network across all hematology specialty visits.
The results of a Patient Facts check using the Multi-Site, Anomaly Detection, Longitudinal parameters. This check investigates patients with facts in relevant domains across the study period to identify longitudinal trends.

This analysis confirmed that existing trends identified in other DQ results persist longitudinally and are not driven by a specific instance in time. We will continue to investigate the results noted above to determine if there are feasible explanations for this behavior.
