| dc.description | - There is high heterogeneity of median site fact density, especially in the lab-related domains. - Stanford has the lowest density of lab population associated with hematology specialists visits, which is an issue that will need to be investigated further. This visit-type specific issue is not observed as strongly in other domains, and other visit types do not seem to be as impacted by lab-related data quality issues. - CCHMC, also new to the cohort based on the updated attrition criteria, appears to fall in the middle of the pack in most domains and does not stick out as having any notable issues. |
