Abstract
The results of an Expected Variables Present check using the Multi-Site, Exploratory, Cross-Sectional parameters. This check investigates the availability of key variables in the study cohort.

Provenance
Description
- Nationwide has consistently lower availability of all examined variables when compared to the rest of the sites.
- Lurie & Nationwide have a very low proportion of patients with hydroxyurea exposure, which is unexpected for this cohort.
- Outside of these two sites, the rest of the network behaves consistently and within expectations.
Response to Findings
We will need to further investigate why two sites have such low proportions of patients with hydroxyurea, which may include retrieving some additional information from source values to try and recover unmapped prescriptions. No intervention is required for the other sites in the network, which are behaving as expected.
