dc.description- There are several sites with inflection points around 2015/2016 for Nephrology and Other/Unknown, which indicates a potential data latency issue or an adjustment in coding practices around that time. - Stanford was identified as anomalous for Nephrology specialties at visits with antihypertensive prescriptions in the cross-sectional output, but in this output, this appears to be driven by pre-2015 data as they start to align with the rest of the network in later years. UMichigan, the other anomalous site, appears to have better capture pre-2015 which flattens out in later years.
The results of a Clinical Events & Specialties check using the Multi-Site, Anomaly Detection, Longitudinal parameters. This check evaluates anomalous specialty utilization over time in visits associated with serum creatinine labs or antihypertensive prescriptions.

This data quality check was run on a database extracted from the The Preserving Kidney Function in Children With CKD (PRESERVE) Study. These results were not used for the study, but rather run on the study data after analysis was conducted as part of an SSQDA demonstration project.
