Project Description

The purpose of this study was to inform the design of a possible clinical trial in children with chronic kidney disease.

Study Aims

  1. Identify a population of children ages 6 months to less than 18 years-old with chronic kidney disease defined by an eGFR in the range 30-89 ml/min and then, and
  2. Characterize their longitudinal changes in kidney function over time in order to identify a sub-group of rapid progressors.
