Dr. Heather Violette Oliphant serves as the Stie PM for Seattle Children’s. Heather has worked at the Seattle Children’s Research Institute, Center for Child Health Behavior and Development for 17+ years, managing research programs aimed at improving the wellness of young children known to be at risk. Heather received a PhD in Educational Psychology from University of Washington in 2009.
