Nicole Kahn, PhD, MEd, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She completed her Ph.D. in maternal and child health from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) in 2018, where she continues to serve as an adjunct assistant professor. She possesses skills in both quantitative and qualitative research, including advanced statistical methods using large datasets and survey data and inductive thematic analysis approaches, respectively. Her goal is to become a research policy leader in using human-centered design approaches to work collaboratively with diverse youth and families to improve adolescent-serving health systems.
