Arta is a data engineer and full-stack web developer with a varied background in academic bioinformatics. His work spans domains such as the genomic consequences of early human-neanderthal admixture, the neurogenomic basis of bipolar disorder, and the underlying genomic conditions contributing to Castleman disease. Currently, he is the resident lead developer of PEDSpace (https://pedsnet.org/metadata) and a member of the pipeline team, working to optimize ETL processing time.
