The code list was generated by searching for all mentions of 'kidney' or 'renal' with 'transplant' in the concept_name. This broad concept set was intended to identify patients with kidney transplant diagnoses to define a study cohort. It is limited to ICD9CM, ICD10, ICD10CM, and SNOMED diagnosis codes. It excludes concept codes for radiology-associated terms, 'donor of' terms, or pathology-related. ICD codes are included with and without decimal points, indicated by cc_decimal_removal. Note: To be as sensitive as possible, use procedure codes for kidney transplants as well.
