Kidney Stone, Diagnosed

This concept set is intended to identify patients with current evidence of a kidney or ureteral stone; it does not include “history of” codes. It was developed by the USDHub steering committee as a study inclusion criterion. Though it was developed for the PCORnet data model, it is reusable in an OMOP data model. For the PCORnet data model, the “vocabulary_id” field is the dx_type in the diagnosis table, and for the OMOP data model the “omop_vocabulary_id” is the concept’s vocabulary_id. The “concept_code” field includes ICD codes with and without decimal points for use in a distributed PCORnet query, so users may wish to remove duplicates when applying the concept_ids to the OMOP data model.
