dc.description- When including patients who do not have a fact, the median number of facts across domains is very, very low for ED and inpatient visits. This indicates that many patients in the cohort were likely not seen in an ED or inpatient setting, and that they are primarily seen in outpatient settings. - When limiting to patients who have evidence of at least one fact, patients have a high number of procedures per year of follow up across visit types, with diagnoses trending higher in outpatient and outpatient nephrology visits. - In the inpatient setting, there is a slight misalignment between the median number of systolic versus diastolic blood pressure measurements, which we would expect to be the same. This will require further investigation.
The results of a Patient Facts check using the Single Site, Exploratory, Cross-Sectional parameters. This check evaluates overall utilization at inpatient, ED, outpatient, and outpatient nephrology visits across the patient follow-up period.

This data quality check was run on a database extracted from the The Preserving Kidney Function in Children With CKD (PRESERVE) Study. These results were not used for the study, but rather run on the study data after analysis was conducted as part of an SSQDA demonstration project.
