dc.description- For most sites, the overall characterization of the cohort did not change drastically between the two definitions. - For Nationwide, the updated attrition criteria significantly improved cohort makeup in several key areas: hematology specialty & inpatient utilization, ANC & MCV lab population, hydroxyurea exposures, and demographic distributions.
dc.description.abstractThe results of a Sensitivity to Selection Criteria check using the Multi-Site, Exploratory, Cross-Sectional parameters. This check evaluates the difference in demographics, utilization, and key covariate population between the attrition cohort from Part III and the updated attrition criteria in Part IV.
