dc.descriptionThe inclusion criteria were:<br> - A wellness visit between the ages of 3 and 5 inclusive after 2016 The exclusion criteria were:<br> - Children who saw an ophthalmologist or optometrist at < 3 years old - Known genetic disorder - History of any sort of eye or vision ailment - Known neurological issues Patients were divided into three cohorts: non-autistic, autistic with no recorded developmental delay, autistic with developmental delay. Rates of various types of eye exams (including visual acuity and instrument-based screening) were measured across the cohorts and across various demographics within cohorts.
