Description

This concept set includes all procedures related to kidney transplant or related complications. The code list was generated by searching for all mentions of ‘kidney’ or ‘renal’ with ‘transplant’ in the concept_name. This broad concept set was intended to identify patients with kidney transplant procedures to define a study cohort. Limited to CPT4, HCPCS, ICD-9-Proc, ICD-10-PCS, SNOMED procedures. ICD codes are included with and without decimal points, indicated by cc_decimal_removal.

Note: To be as sensitive as possible, use diagnosis codes for kidney transplants as well.
