Provenance
The following updates were made to the version of the SAS query used in the PRESERVE study:
- Date criteria were adjusted;
- Nephrology visit criteria were restricted to face-to-face encounters;
- Implementation of the CKiD U25 eGFR equation (serum creatinine based) was refined to use continuous age (Pierce et al 2020, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.kint.2020.10.047).
Algothrithm Description
Implementation of the computational phenotype is provided as a SAS query package. Access the query package on GitHub here.
