This concept set was developed to provide a PEDSnet data model equivalent to the PCORnet data model BMI specifications.

Description

This concept set contains a single LOINC code pertaining to Body Mass Index (BMI) measurements. For the PEDSnet CDM, BMI and BMI z-score for age/sex (using NHANES 2000 norms) is derived from height and weight. For a PCORnet equivalent field, see Version 1 below.
